Sharia Faculty of IAIN Ponorogo collaborated with Sharia Faculty of IAIN Kediri and Sharia Faculty of UNIDA Gontor

Theme: “Navigating Compassion: Islamic Law and Humanitarian Challenges”
This title encapsulates the central theme of exploring how Islamic legal principles intersect with pressing humanitarian issues. The word “navigating” implies deliberate movement through complex terrain, guided by empathy and care. Participants in the seminar will delve into how Islamic Law —the legal framework derived from Islamic sources—provides ethical guidance for addressing crises such as armed conflicts, natural disasters, and human rights violations. By examining compassion within an Islamic context, the seminar aims to foster thoughtful dialogue and practical solutions for alleviating suffering and promoting human dignity.
